On November 2, 2009, we launched Brainzooming as a new company helping organizations across industries imagine and implement strategy, branding, and innovation initiatives. I’m not sure when it first became clear that helping people realize and use their God-given talents to innovate strategically is my life’s work. It is certainly obvious now. That’s why we’ve created a Brainzooming core purpose in the past year to reflect this: To generously help everyone create amazing possibilities.
From the start, we have emphasized making strategic planning simple, engaging, and fun. Why? Because when you allow people to positively shape the organization’s strategy and results, they’re empowered. They want to collaborate now and in the future.
During these 10 years, we’ve stayed on this path, bringing our collaborative strategy approach to organizations around the world via client engagements, speaking, and sharing how readers can implement our approaches through nearly 2,500 articles on the Brainzooming website.
